Project Overview
Graffix Art created a large outdoor mural for Frederick Bird Primary School in Coventry, designed specifically for the Year 5 and Year 6 playground area. The brief asked for a bold, bright design that included the school swan crest and clearly represented both year groups, while keeping the artwork fun, welcoming and child-friendly.
The full concept was designed from scratch by Graffix Art, combining the school colours with a nature-themed backdrop to make the playground feel more vibrant and engaging for pupils. Painted using professional spray paint, the mural brings energy and identity to the outdoor play space and provides the school with a long-lasting visual feature that students can be proud of.
